A small set for a big gesture: a lavender soap with a purple pattern and a sprinkling of dried lavender flowers, a white ceramic soap dish with a wreath of tiny flowers in the shape of a heart, and a shampoo bar for normal hair. It is called For You — and it really needs no more words than that. The soap is handmade by the cold process and has cured for at least 30 days.
What does the soap dish give away?
That the gift has the day after in mind, too. In the middle of the flower heart is a heart-shaped hole through which the water drains away — so the soap dries out between washes and lasts considerably longer than it would sitting in a puddle. The white ceramic stands up to daily rinsing, and the little heart stays put long after the soap is gone. Pretty and practical are, for once, not mutually exclusive.
The lavender in the soap is not just on the label: you can see the dried flowers right on the bar, and the scent comes from essential oil, no fragrance blend. We cut the soap with a wire, so the line between the cream and purple layers falls slightly differently on every bar. Every bar an original. Literally. And the scent? Not a perfume counter, more the memory of a dried bunch of lavender in the pantry — quiet and constant.
It works as a thank-you, an apology or a gift “just because” — in other words, exactly for the moments when big words feel clumsy and a small gesture says more. Three pieces, one thought, no explaining needed.
