Why does this essential oil blend work in the morning?
Lemon brings light to the blend, rosemary a herbal sharpness; lavender rounds off the whole so the morning does not hit you all at once. The result is an uplifting, airy atmosphere in which the day gets going more easily — in the morning kitchen, in the study and anywhere you would welcome a little extra light. The ritual can be simple: while the coffee or tea is brewing, a few drops into the diffuser — and suddenly the kitchen has one more window. It is not an evening scent. A sunny morning in a few drops
A few drops in a diffuser or aroma lamp are enough — the essential oil blend is concentrated and unfolds even in small amounts. Do not apply it undiluted to the skin, protect your eyes and keep the bottle out of the reach of children, in a cool, dark place.
