HYDROSOL – LAVENDER

Some scents have their hour, and lavender belongs to the evening: purple fields, a long exhale, a day that is finally winding down. Lavender hydrosol is a floral water produced during the distillation of lavender essential oil — the calming character of the plant in a concentration that is gentle on the skin, ready in a spray bottle. By day it works as a face and body toner, in the evening as a pillow spray.

The evening starts with a spritz

A few spritzes on your pillow shortly before bed, a fine mist into the bedroom air, or a toner for face and décolletage after washing your face in the evening — it also refreshes skin after a day in the sun. We do not promise therapy from a scent; we promise a mood: lavender will probably remind you of something, and that something tends to be calm.

Because hydrosol is created as the water component of distillation, it shares its origin with the essential oil — only in a form you spray onto the skin straight from the bottle. Of all lavender rituals, this is the easiest to adopt: one press of your thumb and you can go to sleep. Lavender is at home with us, too — lavender flower is the most common herb in our soaps, so the spray simply carries on what has been happening in the workshop for a long time now.

The 100 ml dark glass spray bottle protects the contents from light, and you will recognise the product by the fine drawing of a lavender sprig on the label. By day it likes a cool, dark place; in the evening, the bedside table — one bottle takes care of both skin and bedroom and keeps its freshness longer than you would expect.
