“She is reading again.” Yes, again. And if you know her, you know that interrupting her in the middle of the best chapter is a risk. The lettering, set as if on an old typewriter, says it without wasting words — this candle belongs on the bedside table next to a half-read book and a cup that went cold long ago.

It lights up a reading nook with a warm, quiet light, while the hand-poured soy wax fills it with a scent you choose yourself. It burns long and evenly, with a calm flame on a cotton wick that neither crackles nor smokes — exactly what you need with a good story. You can choose from a whole range of moods: fresh citrus, fruity, sweet gourmand, woody and warmly spicy, as well as a pure unscented version.

To keep it glowing for as many evenings as possible, give it time on the first burn to melt all the way to the edge, and keep the wick nicely short. Packed in a kraft box, it is a ready-made gift for a bookworm who is now into the third hour of “just finishing one page”.

Just one more chapter or Keep calm and burn a candle would suit the same calm mood too — and you will find more quiet companions in the SOUL collection.
