There are days after which the body wants nothing but hot water and quiet. Refreshing Bath is a blend of pink Himalayan and Epsom salt with lavender and eucalyptus essential oil: crystals of different sizes show through the window of the kraft pouch and slowly dissolve in hot water into a bath that relaxes the body and wakes up the mind. The scent comes from lavender and eucalyptus essential oils.
Why two salts and two essential oils
- Himalayan salt (sodium chloride) — the pink crystals you see through the window; the base of the whole bath.
- Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) — despite the name, it is not table salt; the magnesium in it is traditionally associated with easing stiff muscles after a long day or exercise.
- Eucalyptus essential oil — a scent that makes you take a deep breath without meaning to.
- Lavender essential oil — makes sure that breath ends in a calm exhale.
The colour of the blend comes from the pink Himalayan salt itself. And one honest note: even a 100% natural scent contains allergens — they are not added substances but natural components of the essential oils themselves, and we say so plainly.
When to reach for this particular blend? After exercise, after a long journey, after a day on your feet — wherever the body is asking for relaxation but the mind still has some work to do. Refreshing Bath is no lullaby: the eucalyptus makes sure you step out of the bath not sleepy, just lighter.
Using it is simple: a handful of salt in hot water, let it dissolve and treat yourself to at least twenty minutes without your phone. Seal the 600-gram pouch well after use — the supply will last for several baths and the salt will keep its scent longer.
