Merry Christmas smells exactly the way its name sounds. This 100% natural essential oil blend puts the tree and the Christmas Eve table into a single 10 ml bottle: fir, sweet orange, cinnamon, star anise and lemongrass. The kraft label with a snowflake hints at what is coming — and the scent in the diffuser then delivers on all of it.
What goes into a Christmas scent?
- Fir — needles that scent the room like a tree just brought indoors.
- Sweet orange — a fruity sweetness we cannot imagine December without.
- Cinnamon and star anise — warm spices straight from the festive kitchen.
- Lemongrass — a fresh spark that lightens the composition so it does not turn heavy.
The blend is concentrated, so a few drops in the water of a diffuser or in the bowl of an aroma lamp are enough for a whole room — for Advent, for baking and for evenings by the fairy lights. Start with two or three drops the first time and add more according to the size of the room. Undiluted, it does not belong on the skin; keep it away from your eyes and store the bottle out of the reach of children, ideally somewhere cool and dark, where the scent keeps its full strength.
Essential oils evaporate at different rates, so the scent develops in the room: the fresh notes of fir and lemongrass tend to come in first, while the warmth of cinnamon and star anise lasts longest.
