Floral celebration is a floral essential oil blend in which palmarosa and ylang-ylang meet geranium and juicy orange — a warm, rich floral scent with a citrus sparkle. It is 100% natural: no fragrance blends, just four essential oils in a 10 ml dark glass bottle.
Who plays first fiddle in this floral essential oil blend?
Nobody — and that is exactly why it works. Palmarosa and geranium form the floral heart, ylang-ylang adds fullness and orange on top adds a sparkle so the whole does not turn heavy. You will know the scent from our soap of the same name; here it is in concentrated form, ready to fill a whole room. It suits the living room when guests come round, the festive table and an ordinary Tuesday that needs lifting. It is the sociable type: it does not hide in a corner and has no trouble making itself heard throughout the house. If you like scents you can smell from the hallway, you have just found one.
A few drops are enough
Add only a few drops to the water in a diffuser or to the bowl of an aroma lamp — the scent is full and unfolds gradually. Start with two or three drops; you can always add more, but taking some away is harder. The blend is concentrated, so do not apply it undiluted to the skin, keep it away from your eyes and store the bottle out of the reach of children, ideally somewhere cool and dark; that is where essential oils last longest. And since these are purely natural essential oils, the blend also contains fragrance allergens — not as an additive, but as a natural part of the plants.
