SHAMPOO BAR DISH – white

Beautifully simple — a round ceramic shampoo bar dish in a calm cream-white glaze, thrown on the potter's wheel in the Keramika Greško workshop. No extra decoration, just a clean shape and a glossy surface that suits any bathroom. Nothing extra. Nothing without a reason.

It has a small hole in the centre through which excess water drains away, so the shampoo bar does not sit in a puddle and lasts you considerably longer. A soggy shampoo bar, after all, is not used up by washing but by dissolving — and that is a waste. A low foot keeps the dish steady on the edge of the sink or bath, and it suits both sizes of our shampoo bars — and a classic soap just as well.

Ceramic is a rewarding material — it does not age and is easy to look after. Rinse off the soap residue from time to time and it will bring you joy for many years. Because it is thrown by hand, no two pieces come off the wheel exactly alike.

Give it one of our shampoo bars to hold; for travelling, tuck the bar into a carrying case.
